Dj FINAL’S BIOGRAPHY

Henry Junior (Dj Final) is a man driven by an unbridled and relentless passion for music. Dj Final is a born perfectionist, striving to stay on top of the scene he’s helped build. He is one of the most influential figures in the international Dj community. DJ Final has been at the nexus of music, fashion, and nightlife for over half his living years as the “go-to deejay” for your favorite music impresario, fashion icon, entertainment mogul, cultural trendsetter, and…world leader. From the tender age of 4, he watched his parents dance to the rhythm of Kompa, Reggae, Merengue, Salsa, Waltz, and Soca. Just a year later, he found himself turning on the radio, dancing to all tunes, and even putting on his own vinyl.

Dj Final was inspired by Dj Nickymix when he started traveling overseas and later fell in love with house music, hip hop, pop, and EDM. Dj Final would be selected to Dj at all the family and friends’ gatherings. Encouraged by the fans and his family, Dj Final recalls purchasing his first DJ set in 2002 in New Jersey, where he lived after moving away for his studies from Haiti. Dj Final would practice on his set day and night. He plays on all types of DJ gear and software, but his favorite controller is the Numark NS7 and his favorite all-time setup is 2 turntables and a mixer which is what he used to learn and master “scratching skills”.

Dj Final moved to Atlanta in 2006 and continued with his passion in making everyone dance at private events, community festivals, community events, and nightclubs; he hosted on radio stations and performed all genres and styles of music. He founded Final Touch Entertainment, LLC shortly thereafter due to the high demands for corporate events. Successively, he started performing events nationally and internationally.

Oftentimes, having to juggle his study in Nursing with his increasingly hectic schedule; his rise to fame included lots of productions and remixes, as well as playing in front of packed clubs or corporate events every weekend. It took him time to finish his studies, but his determinations made him succeed and finally graduate in 2020. Dj Final and Final Touch Entertainment, LLC have also given generously as well as willingly volunteered multiple times in organizations that have been working hard at empowering people in the community in hopes of building and inspiring hope for a better future.

When the High Museum in Atlanta wanted a Dj for a cultural event, Dj Final was the designated Dj. When Home Depot wanted a deejay for its annual conference party at their five-star venues, there’s only one person that was called. When Eastside Medical Center celebrated Nurse’s Week at the Sonesta Hotel, there’s only one person they called. When Design Essential needed a deejay for their semi-annual hair show, there’s only one person they called. When Delmar Gardens, needed a contracted deejay for their semi-annual events, there’s only one person they called. When HANA (Haitian American Nurses Association needed a contractual Dj for their events, there is only one Dj that they called, Dj Final. When A Culinary Affair has its prestigious events, there is only one Dj that partners with them for the ultimate success of each event and that is the one and only Dj Final. When the Academy of DUI & Defensive Driving was looking for an entertainer to sponsor its enterprise, they only reached out to Dj Final. When Fast Tax Rx, was looking for a public figure to represent its organization well, they only called on one person, Dj Final. When The International Women of Hope was selecting the most talented Dj for their Annual Fundraising Gala, there is only one Dj that made the cut, and that was Dj Final! In addition, Dj Final has performed as a highly-skilled and talented artist at the Essence Festival in New Orleans and has also appeared in the reality TV show, “Cutting It, In The ATL” on WE TV Network. Most recently, the Georgia Haitian American Chamber of Commerce chose and contracted with Dj Final to host its annual event “Pwochen Lide” knowing that only the best of the best will perform in such a prestigious event. Dj Final has shared his passion with people locally and abroad from Atlanta, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Florida, Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, New Orleans, Haiti, St. Thomas, St. Marteen, St John, St. Lucia, St. Kitts, Barbados, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Aruba, China (Dream Sonic Festival) and The Turks and Caicos Island, just to name a few.

A longstanding bridge between disparate worlds, Dj Final has channeled his diverse experiences and skills into his own music. “It is my goal to bring the ultimate and most worldwide music of all time back to the airwaves, back to nightlife, back to the dance floor, back to the entertainment world”, states Dj Final. To achieve his mission, Dj Final blended different artists of the 80s and 90s and put their lyrics on today’s beat. He also remixed many pops, hip-hop, and reggae songs into Kompa, Salsa, or Zouk, which are the three main popular styles of music in Haiti. He has many kinds of mixes on SoundCloud, Compact Discs, Youtube, etc.…

Even though he has accomplished a lot, he has always remained a down-to-earth guy. Dj Final is constantly on the move, whether creating a remix in his studio or en route to his next high-end club or festival show around the globe. “Music is life, it is my passion to make people dance and listen to their favorite songs in a different way”, Dj Final.

As one of many international Djs on the scene, Dj Final established/founded Final Touch Entertainment, LLC in Atlanta to unite international Djs and performers. He can also be found most weekends holding down residencies in Midtown, Buckhead, Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Alpharetta, Marietta, or other vicinities. Dj Final has a live show for all his fans and followers on his Facebook pages at Dj Final Final, Go Dj Final, and Final Touch Entertainment on a weekly basis. Dj Final also promotes his brand by hosting his own events on a regular basis at different venues. “Chill Out Fridays”, has become very popular in the community and Dj Final enjoys the stage with many other fellows DJs, and other artists during this event. He has become the Dj of choice for Sleek Entertainment and Creole Night at House of Spice monthly. With his impressive style, fierce determination, and golden touch on the vinyl, Dj Final has changed the landscape and continues to shine.

No matter how many hours Dj Final has traveled to get there, as soon as he enters the Dj booth, the Hot Dj puts his full focus on his set, the crowd, his style of mixing and combines it all into a wonderful, memorable event.

To witness a set by Dj Final is to be blown away, to lose yourself completely in the music and become one with the people around you. Mixing seamlessly, he has created his own sound and style, making his Dj sets a truly unique experience. He unites millions, not only through the gigs in his challenging schedule but also through his ‘Shut Up and Dance, L’huile Gouyad”, ‘I Love Zouk vol. 1 & 2’, ’50 Minutes of Kanaval’ ‘A Dansé Kompa’ and many more mixes. His busy life as a Dj has inspired countless people both personally and professionally and has mentored many individuals locally and nationally.
