“The renter shall be held liable for any and all damages to the equipment, if damage is caused by renter’s guests, members of his organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance; invited or not.”
The renter shall be liable for any and all costs, including collection fees resulting in an “insufficient funds” check and reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in enforcing this contract.
